Banfield Pet Hospital interview questions

I applied online and got an email from the location manager a few days later asking to set up a phone interview. Asked a few basic questions of what I was expecting from the job then set up an in person interview. Asked a lot of situational questions and how I would handle them. Making sure I had a good customer service attitude. Last step was a working interview, going into the hospital for a few hours and meeting the staff and making sure I still wanted the job after seeing it in person. Got an offer a few days later

The manager was very easy going,felt no pressure during the interview. Questions were related to the field and how you work with other strong minded people. How comfortable are you working with teams.
