talked to CRO and a couple of other people. CRO says he lectures the FDIC examiners. I don't believe it. CRO said some people think we discriminate but it is not true. He tried to look sincere but I never believe a word he says---he is not genuine

It was a two-round interview process: the first round included behavioral and some accounting questions to understand your accounting background. The second round was with senior officers who looked over the assessment given when extended a second-round invitation.

Applied online, it then took two weeks to get a reply from HR. The HR representative walked me through the role which led to a direct meeting with the hiring manager. Good interview but was over qualified for the position.

What jobs did you work prior? How does youe experience equate to this jobs?
Most behavior questions. Several technical questions including math, stats, finance. The overall experience is good, the interviewers are nice and they are willing to share their thoughts and experience. The behavior questions are normal, such as why our company, why this role. The technical questions are not hard, all pretty basis questions.
