I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank Of Hope (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied through a referral. Received a call from the manager for an interview. Went in the office for an interview, it was more of a friendly discussion as opposed to a cutthroat interrogation of my qualifications (though I suspect this has a lot to do with which manager is interviewing the applicant). A few days later, went to headquarters to take an accounting test (which was quite difficult). Received a call several days later stating that I got the offer.
Feedback for an interview is the process by which interviewers take detailed notes about a candidate's answers and qualities to share with their hiring team. They take notes directly after the interview and refine them throughout the day as they have more time to reflect on the interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Bank Of Hope (Buena Park, CA)

Interview
Basic characteristic/behavioral questions and minimal questions about your basic financial knowledge. It was an entry level position so they were aware that I need training from the beginning. This is highly dependent on your department and managers, but my interview was pretty smooth and relaxing/casual.
