First round Hirevue, 3 questions, all behavioral + why Bank of America. There was plenty of time to prepare your answer and practice before recording the actual question. Still have not heard back and it was ~4 weeks ago.
First there is an initial application then a Hire view followed by super day which consists of 2 back to back interviews of 30 mins each. Hire view is behavioural and superday is also mostly behavioural with very few technicals
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bank of America (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2025
Interview
Very good. 3 hours of multiple rounds in one call. Asked behavioral questions and some technical. The call length had me a bit tired by the last person I spoke to. So the only thing is be sure you have water and rest before.
