      Relationship Banker Interview

      Feb 3, 2026

      No offer

      Application

      Interview

First, you apply on the Bank of America website. If your resume is adequate, you receive an email from HireVue for an invitation to submit video responses. After that, a recruiter contacts you for a phone interview, and if that goes well, you meet virtually with a market leader. My experience was disappointing. I felt my time wasn’t respected and that I was treated dismissively. Without providing specifics, my interview was canceled, and I was then told that other opportunities were located too far away. I understand this is a business, but the recruitment process should still be handled with basic respect and consideration. Treating candidates this way risks losing top talent and strong potential.
