My experience was disappointing. I felt my time wasn’t respected and that I was treated dismissively. Without providing specifics, my interview was canceled, and I was then told that other opportunities were located too far away. I understand this is a business, but the recruitment process should still be handled with basic respect and consideration. Treating candidates this way risks losing top talent and strong potential.

4 rounds of interviews. did the video one, and the recruiter one. I have a virtual interview with the district manager next week and after that there will be only one interview left with the branch manager at the location I will be hired at.
The interview is a four round interview including HR. The questions are relatively easy. I was about customer service, how your life and job experience fit in with banking. It was not too difficult but interviews with some people you have already spoke with

I did the video interview, there were 12 questions, six writing question and six video questions. Writing questions are about yourself, like can you work on weekend, usually Saturday? Do you have vaction plan in next 4 months? etc. Video questions are about BOA, most the questions are about problem solving and communication skill.
