I applied through my college. A week or so later I got a phone interview. They have minimum GPA 3.2 requirement, so if you don't meet it, you better prepare for better grades, and apply later. They ask me about some stock pitch questions, why research, etc. Expect to discuss about what is in your resume. Also jog down some questions you would like to ask them. They should be something interesting or not frequently heard of.
