There were 2 interviews. First being over the phone with your HR point of contact and the second being a 2-3 hour interview with 3 different people. They start you in a group so you can actually learn more about the position, then you break off for private interviews with team leads where you will do some role playing. If you do well you’ll meet with a hire up who will interview you for the final time. If all goes well you’ll most likely receive an offer from your HR contact person in 1-2 days.
