I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Brisbane)
Interview
Hirevue was uncomfortable as you were just basically speaking to yourself, it got me stuttering and my mind would sometimes just go blank because there was zero feedback compared to human facing interviews.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bank of America (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was interesting. If you make it to the final round of interviews Bank of America pays for your flight to Charlotte, Hotel stay at the Omni, and all of your expenses during the trip. The day of interviews had an AM and PM session with 20-30 interns each. Because I was in the AM session I got free breakfast with the rest of my peers before the itnerviews began. After breakfast we each had 4-5 30 minute 1 on 1 interviews. I did not think the questions were difficult. You get a phone call the next day with a yes or no.
