It was average provided it was a campus placement and was spread across 3 rounds. However, I have heard it is a long process for lateral hires and can extend upto 5 rounds.
First short behavioral interview then she had me read macros in SAS, did good up until saw an email being sent, that i hadn't seen before in sas. I asked lots of questions about the job itself and she made it seem as if it has little to nothing to do with analysis, or maybe it did but thats the part they're willing to teach.

What would you do if you were not done debugging code from a prior project, and they needed another one done and you're not able to at all finish the task?
Phone call interview, superday, standard interview questions, 3 inteviewers, acting pretty shady and asking questions about leads elsewhere to lowball salary. Don’t answer some questions. Said I was over qualified and never heard a response. Not technical at all only STAR based questions on past experiences and resume lines be able to talk about random situations.
