Interview
I received a call from a staffing agency regarding the job offer. There were many candidates for the job and they had quite less no. of panel members. So the rounds were quite short.
In my first round I was asked to implement my own ArrayList. Second round was for Threadsafe Singleton.
Thrid round happened after months. They asked me some Spring questions and a some simple Threading questions. After which I was offered the job.
Had 3 rounds of interview. All technical no managerial or HR round happened

It's good . Questions are scenarios based. Multiple rounds of interview . Take lot of time to reveal the result. Waiting time is more. It took More than a month to complete the entire process
