I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Bank of America (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
I first applied through my University's career net and got an email 5 days later about scheduling an interview on Campus. Before my interview on campus there was a pre-reception, where I met different staff members including the person that was going to interview me. Everybody seemed pretty friendly, and during the interview the next day I never felt like i was even interviewing more like I was having a conversation with my interviewer. An hour after the interview I got an email that I got into the final round which was pretty amazing and fast. They put me in a hotel the night before the final interview and they also held a mini reception the night before. The day of the final round I was interviewed speed dating style at their head quarter building in the World Financial Center. Bank of America really took care of us and gave us breakfast and lunch. Three days later I got an email from the head recruiter saying I did tremendously well and she would like to give me a call to discuss further (Offer)
