Interview

People were friendly and it was more like fun time then serious. All day series of 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 grilling of brain teasers and couple of personality type questions. Demanded perfection (even though they probably couldn't answer their own questions prior to being told the answer or taking days to figure out).
