I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America in Aug 2007
Interview
After filling out application I received a phone call from a central recruiter who had a series of screening questions. After going through the initial screening interview (mostly to make sure that I was not crazy and that my schedule would work) I was scheduled for a interview with the managers. I had one interview with both general manager and assistant manager before being offered the job a few days later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was the most difficult customer service experience you have faced? How did you resolve the customers problem?
Very easy, Manager was nice and made the interview feel more like an conversation than an interview. It was not too long and no tricky questions, She explain the job and the what would be the career path in case I started with them.
It was awesome, it was quick and I had a lot of fun in the interview. I got asked some interesting questions and I was throughly challenged, but it turned out well. I would recommend this to anyone. Good luck.
They reached out via email and asked me to pick a time to talk. I picked a time but then didn't end up interviewing for the role. Their hiring progress was very professional
