Initial exposure was via a campus information session and from the relationship evolved with the Consumer Bank representatives. I was asked to participate in an on-campus interview which lasted 45-minutes. It consisted of behavioral questions as well as expanding on previous experience. After a few weeks, I was informed by the recruiter that I was selected for Final Round interviews in Charlotte. They consisted of a reception, 4 interviews, and a tour of the area over two days. After a week or so, I was informed of my offer.
