I initially had a phone interview with a recruiter, and was scheduled for a 2nd interview on-site. It was a 3 person panel interview where they asked several questions. The questions were not difficult, but they were not the 'standard' behavioral interview questions. One questions was "what is your definition of winning?" I received a call back the next day(last thursday) and I start on Monday. Yay!
