well first i got contacted from a recruiter she scheduled a phone interview. she then told me about a group interview the next day. it was nice they ask questions like how do u deal with an angry customer. or what things have u done for cutomers that exceed what you need to do then the main recruiter then reccomended me for the next step roleplay. im nervous and will be doing that tmrw =]i hope it goes well

The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
