Initial contact was made via email to setup a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of 3 questions. A couple of weeks later, an invitation to attend the final interviews in California was extended. The "events" in California consisted of a reception the night before (most likely the "real" interview) and two personal interviews the next day. The staff was very professional and helpful. It sounds like the culture at Bank of America is great.
