Started with online form, few days later received a request for a personality/leadership style test, two weeks later received phone pre-screen for formal phone interview, next day had formal interview, request for background check and a coaching test to assess supervisory communication skills, three days later received request for panel interview, one in person, the other one speaker phone. Four days later received offer. Great, albeit thorough, experience. Be yourself, be confident with standard questions, and brush up on your situational/behavioral interview skills. I recommend taking extra steps, an interview thank you card, etc...
