The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Washington, DC) in Apr 2014
Interview
There were only two interviews: a phone interview and in person panel interview.
The questions asked were standard. Most of the questions revolved around past client interactions and previous leadership/coaching experience.
The interviewers are looking for answers that display your desire and/or passion to work in the retail banking environment.
