2 rounds of phone interview, which is uncommon for my school, which is a target school.
MOST of the kid only did 1 round of on campus, and HR made decision on that .
first round is told to be behavior, and is behavior.
second round is warned to be technical, but end up being behavioral again...
no tech at all...
not sure whether i would placed as developer or project manager...
