It was a very easy process. I was interviewed on two separate occassions with two different VPs after doing an introduction interview with the Bank of America HR department. The interviews consisted mainly of running through my resume and asking the the standard interview questions. I didn't prep for the interviews and went in not expecting to take the job, and they still liked me.
