I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America in Jan 2009
Interview
Meet with department head and another analyst. Asked questions about what my overall skill set was. Asked personality questions. What are my strenghths what are my weaknesses. Why do nI want to be an analyst. Interview was pretty basic.
Very conversational, interviewer asked only a few technical questions but overall very chill. Just prepare for a behavioral interview mostly. The questions were pointed scenario based and wanted to know how you would react in a specific situation.
Typical questions on finance and behavioural. Best to come in a good suit and rolex just in case. Assessors love people who has similar tastes. Other than that create small talk.
