I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Hyderābād) in Jul 2015
Interview
Totally six rounds of Interview.. First Day I felt okay ,two technical and one managerial which was difficult .. Later I didnt get any response from HR people.. I tried to follow up and that guy said,no your profile wasn't short-listed for Line of Business round,(its based on luck he replied) ..I don't know..Is this a professional behaviour ?After completing 3 sets of rounds they are shuffling.. Completely works with strong reference(I think only if the CEO of the company recommends works out :-P ) Again after 2 weeks i was informed that they have selected me for LOB round(4th round)cleared two LOBS.. Again they kept on hold. Again I followed up.. HR said I have cleared all the rounds of interview but I have to wait fr them to process my offer. What the hell I cant get.. Idiotic Process. Then asked my ECTC i said ,and they have offered me really low based on their standards.. JUST COMPANY IS NAMED WITH #BOA ,no professionalism, treating candidates worst, not responsive HR's.. Then I declined the offer..Who will be willing to join,in these kinda company..Small-scale companies have great respect for everyone.
