First was an online test which tested on aptitude. It had 3 sections that tested us in verbal , quant and analytical skills. The shortlisted candidates went through to the interview round. The first round was very random.Some were questioned entirely on coding skills while for me personally it was more of socialising skills , some small case studies , details about the company , A few questions on my departments core subjects , some basic theoretical stuff on data structures. Some of them were shortlisted for another HR rund while some did not.
