I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Eagan, MN) in May 2016
Interview
I got a call from HR that they have got my resume from a job site and whether I was interested in a job .When I replied in the affirmative , she simply said that I will be having an interview at the designated slot.I felt quite weird about it and I asked her to explain the job profile to me and if it is a manager role.I also asked if she can mail me the job profile. She refused to do so and just asked me if I can be available at one of the given time slots. When I asked her about the location , she said she can let me know the location address on phone only(EAGAN) and will mail only once I confirm the attendence.I took the address and replied agreed for the interview.I am not sure if it is a norm but she also said please come in formals which stuck me very odd.Offcoursse one comes to interviews in their formals. After the call I did some study on Glassdoor and realized it was a trap.I straightaway shot back a mail to them declining my attendence.
Thanks glassdoor reviewers :)
They are unprofessional. We tried to set up the interview twice and both times the manager meant to call did not and they had not reached out again until it was too late.

Interview
Scam. My 1 on 1 interview turned out to be a group presentation designed to get you to work doing sales for commission only with no salary. I was just another warm body and l doubt that they even read my resume.

Interview
It was fairly simple. 2 interviews. One group interview & then a smaller group interview. The smaller interview narrowed down 4 of us out of 200. Hopefully, Monday, will get a call back.
