The first "interview" was a group seminar basically where they presented everything about the company, position, and what they look for in a candidate. The second interview (if you were called back) was one-on-one. This was where your abilities as a sales person were discussed and what was expected of you. Any and all questions were answered in this interview. The staff I encountered throughout the interview process were extremely nice and personable. They were all easy to talk to and engaged in pleasant conversation. I truly felt comfortable and appreciated throughout the entire interview process. They let me know by the end of the meeting that they wanted me for the position, so there was no waiting time.
