I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2011
Interview
Pretty basic. Interview with 2 people. Behavioral questions. Describe your work experience. Describe where you'd like to be in 5 years. Do you want to be in insurance? Very laid back. The people interviewing were extremely friendly and just wanted to get to know you. They were the 2 direct superiors of the interns so they wanted to know if they could work with you for a whole summer.
