They found my resume on Monster.com and later contacted me. They told me to get dressed and be punctual The 'interview' was actually a presentation for the people who bothered to come. They went over what the company does and the hiring processes. To get an actual interview, you have to attend more meetings. I was told that they only hire a handful out of several hundred candidates. A second interview was scheduled but I cancelled after hearing more from ex-employees.
