Mass interview. They are selling you. Seem weird? They just want you to say yes and sign the papers. Look at the people around you. Who would hire these people? Bankers! You’re hired!!

How much money do you want to make ? What is a list of things that you would like to buy? How will your future look if you don’t take this job? Would you like to have your own office?
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
