I thought I was coming for an interview, instead I was put into a room with another candidate and was shown an hour long slide show about the guys life and success and benefits of working there. They barely asked us ANYTHING and then acted as if they would call us “if we were good enough” . This office is so tiny and unprofessional looking. Be more honest with what to expect, I would never have come if I had know!
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
