I was very uncomfortable with the fact that the initial interview was comprised of over 16 people. It gave me pyramid scheme vibes with elaborate promises of multiple bonuses and expense paid flights to appreciate it's coworkers.

I got an email that they wanted a phone interview the next day. The phone call sounded like she was reading off of a piece of paper. I did not feel like I was being listened to. When I asked about compensation it was commission based and there was NO BASE PAY. When I told her that I had a family to provide for and could not rely on solely commission, she said "ok" and then hung up.

Around 20 minutes mostly speaking about the company as a whole. If you are outgoing you will get the job. Confidence as well easiest interview I have ever had. Very nice managers are not trying to trick you.
