Interview
I received an email saying they would like me to come in for an interview. I wake up at 5 am to make the 2 hour drive from the town I was living in to their "local" office. When I get there it is no interview at all but a presentation to a room full of other annoyed people. They asked me to come back for a one on one after I left my resume at the recruiter's desk. Being a recent college graduate and not knowing any better I agreed to come back.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
