Previously applied for a risk graduate role and was unsuccessful, i then received a call from talent acquisition saying a role they thought i would be more suited for has become available, i sent a cover letter in, two days later i received a call to ask for a person to person interview. I interviewed the next day.

Question 1
Behavioural style interview, wanted to show experience with examples of how i handled situations. e.g. a time you adapted your self for a situation, have you ever had to deal with conflict etc.

Interview
One to one interview which mostly are behavioural question. Also there is a risk based question which they focused on. There was also a group assessment (which includes writing an email). Overall it was smooth. The interviewers were friendly.
