I submitted my application then had to do an online assessment then received an email invite to take part in a digital interview, which is basically answering a set of questions to a computer program.

It took me 2 weeks and process quite quick. People from acquisition team are very professional and helpful despite the manager. i guess wit depends who dyou know inside to get the job.

Interview
I applied online, received an email for online assessment. Got an email invitation for digital interview a day after that. Then, I was set up to be interviewed with the area manager and the branch manager at the branch. It was all formal interview and I had a little chat with the managers about the role at the beginning. Unfortunately, I was informed unsuccessful for this role a day after the interview. But it was quite nice experience and the process was all step by steps.
