The interview process was fairly quick and straightforward. I applied online but was also an acquaintance of the hiring manager. Initially there was a phone interview with 2 senior staff, typical questions that explore my background, my experience, what I'm looking for, etc. The second round was a face-face with the hiring manager and a second engineering manager. Another easy interview, there was some very light coding on a white board, and generally scenario based questions, as well as going more in depth with my previous experience, projects I was part of, and some basic culture questions. I received an offer on the same day of the second interview. The background check process took longer than the interview process!
