Interview
I was invited to an interview via phone call. Interview was with boss and team member, and went relatively smoothly, assessing my knowledge on credit risk and the GFC. Also a number of technical questions were asked with regards to querying and merging databases.
Got offered the job a few weeks later via phone call. HR department seems to be a mess, with making several mistakes, not answering emails within a few days, and taking almost a month to send me the contract. Didn't instill any confidence in the company for a first time Bankwest worker.

3 stage hiring process. 1st round: Online testing; 2nd round: phone interview with HR; 3rd round: with management team.standard entry level questions for any graduates. Focus was more towards overall personality and intelligence instead of specialised questions. No IQ questions but rather on general knowledge in finance.
