Interview
I was interviewed by the hiring manager and her boss. They were both extremely pleasant and friendly. I appreciated the feedback during my rejection phone call and considered asking one of them to mentor me during my career transition into this field. My perspective changed when I discovered who was hired instead of me. He didn't have the desired investigative experience or certifications; I did. It was very difficult to accept, but I've moved on. Following their advice has netted positive results from bigger and better banks so far.
