HR called me a few weeks after applying for a phone interview. A week later they called to schedule the in-person interview. A week later was my interview. Then I didn't hear back from them for about three weeks. They called me with the job offer and I accepted it. Took another week to get cleared with my drug test and my lab results. One more week to actually start working.

What are pros/cons about yourself?
Tedious and dragged out. Very disjointed process and at times frustrated due to long turnaround times. Follow ups at times we’re not made, applicant had to do the extra to find out if they were a potential candidate and sometimes a straight answer wasn’t given due to fear of missing out on a candidate- literally left you hanging
