I applied and got an email back within a week. At the time we went in for an in person interview that asked about experience and how you would handle certain situations. They asked my availability and explained the policy’s well. They also ask if you were referred by someone in the baptist health systems which provides bonus opportunities for that person.

Interview
Straight forward, I had a short chat with the recruiter who thought I was overqualified, but I pressed that I was interested in the position. I had an interview with the Practice Manager who asked some common questions with a few more interesting questions. I was given an opportunity to ask my own questions. overall, it was a good process.
