When you apply on the website, HR picks a job for you and only puts you through to one interview so that multiple managers don't fight over you...so make sure you only apply to jobs you're actually interested in. I then received a call from the unit manager and scheduled an interview with her. The interview lasted about 20 minutes then she gave me a tour of the unit and I was able to meet some of my future co-workers.
