The interview process I went through at Baptist was absolutely terrible. I got there 20 minutes early, but the manager didn't get me for the interview until 30 minutes after the scheduled interview time due to a meeting. Another manager ended up interviewing me and she only asked me 1 question, tell me about yourself, because she had another meeting to go. The interview itself lasted for only 5 minutes. The whole process was extremely unorganized and unprofessional and I hope no one else has to go through something like this.
