Very difficult and you will need to prepare very well for this, but you go through an online test, then an online interview and then in person in the London office. Was not the greatest experience in my opinion.

Half the interview was on a role play relating to the company's upcoming projects or potential changes, and the other half was based on competency-related questions, which are more common and alike to other companies, asking about your previous experiences and simply an opportunity to prove why you are fit for the role.

Tell us about a time that you showed leadership in a situation
Had a number of online assessments. This included a numerical reasoning test, a situational awareness test and two personality tests. Numerical reasoning and situational awareness were fine, personality tests were very long and repetitive. Took close to 3 hours. Was told I failed immediately after completing everything.
