I was contacted by a recruiting agency in Mumbai for the Role. When I expressed my interest in the job, Barclays HR set up a telephonic interview with the Global Manager in UK. Once that round is clear, I was asked to come for an 1:1 interview in pune with a panel consisting of HR and Line Manager to finalize all the details. Then I was offered the position and I accepted.
