Interview
The process included 3 rounds.
First round was an online test on Cocubes platform. It included quantative, verbal and coding sections. 60 questions in 60 minutes. 2 codes in 30 minutes. The online test was of average difficulty. 65 students were shortlisted for interview rounds.
First interview round was technical which was purely based on projects mentioned in resumes. 35 students were shortlisted for next round.
Last round was VALUES round were situation based questions were asked through which the RISES values of Barclays were tested.
Finally 24 students were selected after all 3 rounds.

The interview was moved twice then when is it happen interviewee did not have the camera on and the interview was so uncomfortable. Not a great experience really put me off
Interview was good and very friendly. Question asked about the current profile only. Interview process was very smooth. It takes 1 hour for discussion but overall it's good. If anyone going for interview, Should be well dressed and confident.

Applied online, spent a long time doing it and got given a rejection within no time which was disappointing. Overall a bad experience for me if I’m honest. Could’ve just been my lack of experience thought
