I applied through the college. The Barclays came to our college for recruitment. First round was Quantitive aptitude and coding round. In Quantitive round there waa sections for numbers , verbel , logical and technical . Total 60 questions were there for 60 minutes. After this 30 minutes coding round. For the coding 2 easy problem statements are there, These to had in one sit only. Total 250 students were applied for this company. 67 students were shortlisted for the interview. I was one of them. Technical interview was very good and coversional. But i failed to pass this round due to may be communication . After that HR round was done. In HR round they just see if you fit into their values or not . Go through the barclays values. Which is very important. They may ask you tell me situation for the values in your life so re prepared. Lastly i will say. Just Be Confident and best of luck. Don't ever forget about the Barclays Values.
