It is a standard process with competency based questions. There are also questions surrounding their values as well. Formal sit down interview but depending on the manager it can be a very light hearted chat.

Can you tell me a time when you had multiple deadlines to meet and how you prioritised the workload?
The interview was moved twice then when is it happen interviewee did not have the camera on and the interview was so uncomfortable. Not a great experience really put me off
Interview was good and very friendly. Question asked about the current profile only. Interview process was very smooth. It takes 1 hour for discussion but overall it's good. If anyone going for interview, Should be well dressed and confident.
