Interview
Post shortlisting of possible candidates will be taken a telephonic round of interview and once through with the 1st round. 2nd round of interview will be there to assess the interpersonal skills and how you deal with your emotions in difficult situations and decision making ability in difficult situations.
2 consecutive interview segments- first to summarize current role and address general fit, second involved answering technical questions (on algorithms and options). Good exposure to the team the role would work within.

interview with 6 persons who hold senior positions at the bank. Everyone asked different questions about the market and personalities questions. So far HR has been extremely helpful with prompt response.
