Resume submission, human resources phone screen, three rounds of interviews with people from the team. Technical questions on markets, the economy, the future of the company, corporate culture fit and smart people.
2 consecutive interview segments- first to summarize current role and address general fit, second involved answering technical questions (on algorithms and options). Good exposure to the team the role would work within.
