Completed a online application form. Then was asked to complete 2 online tests. The first one was a situational judgement test and the other was a general ability test. After a few days I got a call from HR telling me that I had passed the online tests and my cv matches what they are looking for. Therefore I would get a call from the hiring manager to arrange a face to face interview. Then for some reason, I few days later i get a email saying “After reviewing your CV and online assessments we felt that your skills and experience were not the best fit for this particular role. “ I never leave a bad review but this was actually a very poor attitude shown by Barclays.
