They will make you sit from 9AM, start the interview process after 11AM and just to share the aptitude and written round result make you wait till 5:30PM. really unorganised. By the time you will be up for the real Ops round you will be completely exhausted. it will not happen before 5PM. just because a jobseeker is in need they keep quiet and go through this entire harassment by the HR and Ops managers.
